Q: what brand of running shoes are the best? what kind? Any tips for buying running shoes would be greatly appreciated.

Q: I'm looking to get new running shoes. Any suggestions on which ones I should get? I am looking to spend no more than $90. I also prefer Nike.
I am a male and am just running for exercise.

A: Nike has several styles that should fit what you are looking for. However I have personally found that Brooks Adrenaline (about $90) have a better fit (for my arch of course) and last longer.
